This Shipping Policy explains how physical orders placed through thegoddessphilosophy.com are processed and delivered.
1. Where We Ship
Shipping availability and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.
We may ship within Australia and to selected international destinations.
If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will generally be unable to complete checkout for physical products requiring delivery.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated or displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping charges may vary depending on:
- your delivery location;
- the products ordered;
- the size and weight of your order;
- the fulfilment location;
- the delivery method selected; and
- the relevant postal or courier service.
Any available free-shipping offers or promotional shipping rates will be subject to the conditions displayed with that offer.
3. Processing and Fulfilment
Orders require processing before they are dispatched.
Some The Goddess Philosophy products may be printed on demand, made to order, produced in limited batches or fulfilled by third-party production and fulfilment partners.
As a result, processing times may vary between products and orders.
Where an estimated production, processing or dispatch timeframe is provided on a product page or during checkout, this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may be provided during checkout, after your order is placed or through tracking information supplied by the relevant carrier.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, fulfilment location, delivery service and circumstances affecting postal or courier networks.
Once an order has been dispatched, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, tracking information may be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Please allow time for tracking information to become active after receiving a dispatch notification.
6. Multiple Shipments
Products within the same order may occasionally be produced or fulfilled from different locations.
As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package and packages may arrive at different times.
Where applicable, separate tracking information may be provided.
You will not be charged additional shipping costs solely because we choose to fulfil an order through multiple shipments after checkout.
7. Pre-Orders and Limited Editions
Pre-order, limited-edition and special-release products may have different production and dispatch timeframes from standard products.
Any estimated release or fulfilment timeframe will be provided with the relevant product where possible.
If your order contains both available and pre-order products, the items may be shipped together or separately depending on the applicable fulfilment arrangements.
8. International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can lawfully be imported into their destination country.
9. Correct Shipping Information
Please ensure that your name and delivery address are accurate and complete before submitting your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production, processing or fulfilment.
If an order is returned because the shipping information supplied was incorrect or incomplete, reasonable additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
10. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check any available tracking information first.
If the tracking information indicates a problem, or your order appears to be lost, contact us at thegoddessphilosophy@gmail.com with your order number.
We may investigate the shipment with the relevant postal, courier or fulfilment provider.
Where an order is confirmed as lost or otherwise not supplied as required, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
11. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where possible, include:
- your order number;
- a description of the damage;
- photographs of the product;
- photographs of the external packaging; and
- photographs of any damaged internal packaging.
This information may help us resolve the issue with our production, fulfilment or delivery provider.

12. Digital Products
Ebooks, downloads and other digital products do not require physical shipping.
Digital delivery instructions or access information will ordinarily be provided electronically after purchase.
If your order contains both physical and digital products, the digital component may be delivered separately from the physical order.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
