For the beautiful, complicated business of being human.

The Goddess Philosophy

A philosophy of self-belonging, sovereignty, love, devotion, and figuring out what the heck we're doing here.

Belong to yourself.

Self-belonging does not mean needing nobody.

It does not require moving to a cabin in the woods, deleting everyone’s number, or achieving a state of perfect emotional independence.

It means remaining in honest relationship with yourself while participating fully in life with other people.

You can love deeply without disappearing.

You can give without abandoning yourself.

You can belong to someone without becoming their property.

And you can belong to yourself without making yourself an island.

You do not have to abandon yourself in order to belong.

SO… ARE WE ACTUALLY GODDESSES?

Well, no. And also, sort of.

Not in the I have transcended ordinary humanity and now require worship sense.

Within Goddess Philosophy, the Goddess is not a perfect woman, a superior woman, or a woman who has finally achieved the correct amount of femininity.

She is not another impossible standard dressed in prettier clothes.

The Goddess is symbolic language for embodied dignity—a woman permitted to inhabit the whole of herself.

Her intellect and intuition.

Her body and desire.

Her tenderness and anger.

Her limits and contradictions.

Her relationships and responsibilities.

Her capacity to choose.

You don't have to become her.

The point is to stop abandoning the woman who is already here.

Wholeness, not perfection

UH, ABOUT ALL THOSE CAPITAL LETTERS…

At some point, perfectly ordinary words started acquiring rather important jobs.

Throne. Flame. Circle. Orbit. Pillar. Field. Guardian. House. Return.

They are the language of Goddess Philosophy—a way of naming the parts of ourselves, our relationships, and our shared lives that can otherwise be difficult to talk about.

You do not need to memorise them.

But don't be surprised if you start using them.

That's a petal, not the whole rose.

HI, I’M OLESIYA.

I write books about self-belonging, sovereignty, love, desire, relationships, and other subjects I apparently don't know how to leave alone.

Along the way, I accidentally created a philosophy.

It got slightly out of hand.

AND APPARENTLY WE HAVE MERCH NOW.

TAKE A LITTLE GODDESS HOME.

THE BOOKS FUND THE EXPERIMENT · THE EXPERIMENT TESTS THE PHILOSOPHY · REALITY TELLS US WHAT SURVIVES ·

AND THEN THERE’S NOVORADIA

Because apparently writing about a different way of living wasn’t enough.
I wrote a philosophy that insists reality gets the final vote.
So I intend to give reality one.
Profits from Goddess Philosophy help fund the development of the Novoradia pilot—an experiment in turning some of these ideas into something considerably less theoretical:
Gardens.
Food.
Community.
Neighbourhoods.
Infrastructure.
Belonging.
Ordinary human life.
The long-term vision is much bigger.
For now?
We find out whether we can grow the first garden.

RETURN.

You will leave yourself sometimes.

You will change your mind, override what you know, make mistakes, become frightened, get lost in another person, or simply wake up one day and realise you've wandered somewhere you no longer belong.

The work was never to become someone who never gets lost.

The work is to know the way back.
