Please read them carefully before using the website or making a purchase.

2. Educational and Philosophical Content
The Goddess Philosophy, God Mode and related materials are philosophical, educational and creative frameworks.
They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Nothing on this website or in our books, products, publications, social media content or other materials is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
Our frameworks and terminology are offered as tools for reflection, self-inquiry and conscious decision-making. They are invitations to think, not prescriptions for how you must live.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
If you require medical, psychological or other professional assistance, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
3. Individual Results
Personal development and reflective practices are inherently individual.
We do not guarantee that using our books, frameworks, exercises, products or other materials will produce any particular personal, emotional, relational, professional, financial or other outcome.
Testimonials, stories, examples and experiences presented through The Goddess Philosophy are not guarantees that another person will experience the same results.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content made available through The Goddess Philosophy is owned by or licensed to Grace Andrianenko and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, where applicable:
- written content;
- books and manuscripts;
- exercises and worksheets;
- original diagrams and illustrations;
- terminology and defined frameworks;
- educational materials;
- website copy;
- graphics and visual assets;
- product designs;
- branding;
- logos;
- photographs;
- videos;
- audio;
- downloadable resources; and
- the particular expression, organisation and presentation of our philosophical and cognitive frameworks.
Purchasing a book, digital product or other resource gives you the right to use that copy for its intended personal use. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Except where permitted by law or expressly authorised by us, you must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit or create unauthorised copies of our protected material.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent legitimate commentary, criticism, review, discussion, quotation or other uses permitted by applicable law.
5. Teaching and Commercial Use
You are welcome to engage with, discuss and apply the ideas presented by The Goddess Philosophy in your own life.
However, purchasing our materials does not automatically grant permission to reproduce our materials, present yourself as an authorised representative of The Goddess Philosophy, or commercially deliver our proprietary materials as an official The Goddess Philosophy program, course, certification or service.
Any future facilitator, practitioner, educator, licensing or certification arrangements will be governed by separate terms where applicable.
6. Orders and Purchases
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your purchase.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;
- an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled; or
- accepting the order would breach applicable law.
If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, we will provide an appropriate refund.
7. Pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change from time to time.
Any applicable taxes, shipping costs or other charges will be displayed or calculated as part of the purchasing process where appropriate.
A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where required or permitted by law.
8. Your Copy, Pay It Forward and Contributor Tiers
Certain books or products may be offered under different purchasing tiers.
Unless otherwise stated, these tiers relate to the contribution associated with the purchase rather than providing a different edition of the purchased book.
Your Copy
You purchase your copy at the standard price displayed.
Pay It Forward
You purchase your copy and make an additional contribution towards the cost of another copy.
Where the offer states that The Goddess Philosophy will match part of that contribution, we will contribute the stated matching amount towards making additional copies available.
Contributor
You purchase your copy and contribute the stated additional amount towards providing another copy through our distribution, outreach or community initiatives.
Contributions associated with Pay It Forward or Contributor purchases are used to support the provision of additional copies in accordance with the initiative described on the website.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these purchases are not charitable donations and should not be assumed to be tax-deductible.
We may determine how and when contributed copies are distributed in order to administer the program practically and effectively.
9. Digital Products
Digital products, including ebooks and downloadable resources, are supplied electronically.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are capable of accessing the relevant file format.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that product for your personal use.
You must not upload, share, reproduce, distribute, resell or make purchased digital files publicly available except where permitted by law or expressly authorised by us.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded by this section.
10. Physical Products
Product photographs, mock-ups and digital representations are intended to provide a reasonable representation of our products.
Colours, dimensions, finishes, materials, packaging and other characteristics may appear slightly different depending on manufacturing processes, product batches, screens and devices.
Where products are handmade, made to order, printed on demand or produced in limited batches, reasonable variations may occur.
Any material variation affecting the essential nature of a product will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
11. Pre-Orders and Limited Editions
Some products may be offered as pre-orders, limited editions or limited production runs.
Estimated production or dispatch dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Manufacturing, printing, freight or other circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
Where a material delay occurs, we will provide information or remedies as required by applicable law.
Limited-edition products may not be restocked after they sell out.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed where applicable during checkout or elsewhere on the website.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will comply with our obligations under applicable consumer law.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was supplied, additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.
13. Returns, Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund and, in certain circumstances, compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
For minor problems, we may be entitled to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We are not required to provide a refund simply because you change your mind unless we have expressly offered a change-of-mind return.
Additional information may be provided in our Refund or Returns Policy.
14. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;
- discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively;
- only one discount may be used per order; and
- promotions may have an expiry date or limited availability.
We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there has been a genuine error, fraud, misuse or other circumstance making this reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
15. AI-Assisted Creative Processes
Artificial intelligence tools may be used as part of the creative, editorial, research, design, development or production processes behind certain The Goddess Philosophy materials.
AI assistance does not mean that all content is automatically generated or published without human involvement.
The final selection, development and presentation of materials published under The Goddess Philosophy remain subject to human creative and editorial decisions.
Where specific products or content require additional disclosure, this may be provided separately.
16. User Conduct
You must not use this website:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
- to distribute malware or harmful code;
- to attempt unauthorised access to systems or information;
- to impersonate another person;
- to infringe another person's rights; or
- in any manner that violates applicable law.
17. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, ecommerce platforms, social media platforms and other service providers.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Website Availability
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website, products or services from time to time.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available.
We may perform maintenance, introduce new functionality or remove functionality where reasonably necessary.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising solely from your reliance on philosophical, educational or general informational content as a substitute for professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.
Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
20. Privacy
Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and handle personal information.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or legal obligations.
The current version will be published on this page with the updated revision date.
Changes will apply from the date the revised Terms are published, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
You and The Goddess Philosophy submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot lawfully be restricted.
